I’m a Psychologist, Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional, Board Certified Health Coach and Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, with degrees in Psychology and French language and a Masters degree Health Science, focused on public health, prevention and primary care. In addition, I hold an Adjunct Faculty position at Avondale University Lifestyle Medicine and Health Research Centre.
I brings three decades of professional experience to my coaching work. This experience includes marriage and family therapy, supporting first responders and military veterans, conducting medico-legal assessments, teaching coaching and therapy skills, working with physicians and medical practices to support quality improvement, training senior staff in government, corporate, banking and not-for-profit organisations, management and strategy consulting, and publishing in the fields of behavioral change and coaching.
I write and present regularly on lifestyle medicine approaches to great mental well-being.
