My younger son made this observation to me many years ago at the age of 11. It became the seed of Trailtalk®.

Trailtalk® is an approach to coaching, mental fitness and psychological well-being that combines coaching conversation with outdoor movement and physical activity in a natural environment. Trailtalk® allows you to refresh in nature while you set visions, goals and priorities in your life.

Current research demonstrates the strong links between mental fitness, psychological wellbeing, physical activity and nature.

Trailtalk® builds on this.

Trailtalk® can take place in almost any outdoor location, including walking laps of a local oval, along a pedestrian / cycleway or fire trails and walking tracks through local National Parks.
